If your product is defective in anyway please call us for a replacement. Defective goods will be replaced for the first 14 days. The shipment expenses for returning an item are to be paid for by the customer. However, we will pay the shipping of the replacement product.
Non-defective returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, and documentation.

Before Buying Please ensure that you have verified the product specifications and compatibility before purchasing the item. G2 Industries cannot accept returns of items for the reason that the products do not meet expectations and specifications that are not in line with the manufacturer's product specifications and intended use.
